Through the access verification form we collect: first and last name, e-mail address, declared region of residence, and any free comment you provide. No banking data is collected on this site.
Your data is used exclusively to: check your eligibility for the programme, send you information about the projects available in your region, respond to your enquiries and meet our legal obligations.
Processing is based on your explicit consent given when submitting the form (article 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, on the legitimate interest of Subventionfrpro SAS in managing the customer relationship.
Data is retained for three years from the last active contact, in accordance with the recommendations of the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). Afterwards, it is securely deleted or archived to meet accounting and legal obligations.
Your data is accessible to authorised teams within Subventionfrpro SAS and to its technical subcontractors (host OVHcloud SAS, e-mailing provider) bound by confidentiality. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
